I have a 1968 390 GT Cougar with an original 3 speed transmission.  The vehicle is 50% restored and I can finish it for you if we can agree on a price.  This will be a NEW car when done with rebuilt original engine, transmission and 9" rear, new paint and/or fully restored restored, disc brakes, suspension, power steering, cooling, exhaust, interior, rechromed dash bezel (left & right side), aluminum and chrome trim, tires, wheels, etc.  The Cat is 1 of 84 so it will be worth the restoration.  This Cat is original Blue exterior and light blue interior.  It can be finished as original or any color you want.  No vinyl yop but vinyl can be added.  I would recommend restoring to original.  By the way, we can put in a toploader 4 speed rather than the 3 speed and you can keep the original transmission in storage for the car in the event that you need it in the future.  This is a full restoration project and although the engine is completed and the body is completed and primed, the project will still take some time.    Let me know if interested.
